sorry to have been out of touch with many of you.  This year has been filled with many family events including a couple of deaths and also some wonderful new things too, but its been so inward and quiet, now i´m travelling a bit more. 

 

I´m here in sunny costa rica, chilling with my man dave katz, and we are going to do some hiking and adventuring.  From here on its the slow road to guatemala by way of many other beautiful spots, to see the pyramids of tikkal, and who knows what after that. 

 

tomarrow we head out on a brief jaunt to nicaragua for some volcano climbing, what fun. 

 

Im feeling so blessed and happy to be here and to have this oportunity.  I would very much love to reconnect with many of you whom i´ve unfortunately been out of touch with and also to wish you all well on your own journies. 

 

If anyone has any suggestions or ideas, places to visit in central america, i would love to learn about them.  At the moment i don´t have much planned.  ç
