Greetings everyone,

Well here I am back at the cafe de internet in San Isidro, and things are going so well.  I´ve been at the wonderful new dawn center in pedregosito, and what a special spot it is.  There are a great group of people, each of whom is unique and special and has love and information to share.  A musician, a healer, an activist, a sailor, these dont really describe the totality of them, but its a great group. 

Meanwhile Steve Horowitz and Lee Frankel Goldwater arrived and we are together, the trio living and learning once again.  They will accompany me through Nicaragua, Honduras, Guatemala, and El Salvador. 

We finished a unit on massage and managed to learn the basics of swedish, trager, and acupressure or shiatsu massage.  They are fascinating.  We also began making our own bamboo flutes.  We have been tending the garden, planting starter plants, cooking and cleaning, harvesting bamboo and turmeric, making medicines.  Its been really solid.  This weekend we are off for some hiking and fun. 

Thanks to everyone for the words of encouragement and love.  It means so much to me to hear from you, it really lights up my heart and makes me feel happy everytime I check email.  I hope that there is light and love for all of you, especially during this time, which represents to many of us a somewhat painful growth experience (according to astrology, hehe)... Much love to all my relations.
